If this CD-ROM fails to start automatically on a Microsoft Windows Operating 
System or if it is used on an operating system other than Microsoft Windows, 
the HTML documentation may be accessed by pointing any browser to the 'index.htm' 
file in the DOC\HTML directory. It will also  be necessary to manually install
